Christmas tree safety tips:
1. Inspect all your indoor and outdoor lights
2. If you have a fresh tree cut about four inches off the bottom. Keep watered thoroughly as not let the needles dry out. (try ice cubes a couple times a day, they melt slowly and will keep the water cool).
3. Keep away from your heater or heat vents.

Always practice safety when it comes to the holidays. Also watch your pets around the tree.
