Today we are talking Phase Inspections and Foundations
Foundations: Phase Inspections. If you are building a home in the Canyon Lake TX or other areas in the Texas Hill Country it is recommended to have a phase inspection at each phase (starting with the foundation). A minimum of three inspections are recommended. Building a foundation that is properly installed is very important. Residential and Commercial Phase Property Inspections available.
