Carl's Daily Tip: Headed over to Wimberly TX today for an inspection. It is a very big home with outbuildings that will probably take most of the day. My Tip for the day. If the home is occupied or even unoccupied please be sure to leave all the "keys" so that the home inspector can get into all of the buildings that need to be inspected. Make sure the electricity is turned on; this is crucial in order to conduct the home inspection.
