Autumn/Fall in The Texas Hill Country by Carl Winters

Here at Canyon Lake TX we are enjoying cooler temperatures. It's a great time to get outside and do some home maintenance. Clean gutters, flower beds, caulk windows and doors. Have a professional service clean your chimney and service your heat system. Get prepared NOW for winter.

If you are new to the area and looking to purchase a home don't forget to have your home inspected. You will want to identify issues before you sign the dotted line.
If you are building it is a good idea to have a series of Phase-Inspections (beginning prior to the foundation pour). If you are a seller why not consider a Pre-List inspection, you will want to be prepared for that buyer and have issues repaired ahead of time. We have found sometimes there are issues you may not even be aware of until you have the home inspected.

Today's Tip: Be sure all tree limbs are clear of power lines. Call your local provider  - PEC is the provider here in the Canyon Lake area.

Home inspection before the winter hit is a very important requirement because in winter it will be very difficult to handle any problem in your home so before the winter hits home inspection is the best way to correct current problem so that future of your home can be improved.
